Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your EC1 order. This policy explains your options if you change your mind or something isn’t right. It sits alongside your legal rights and our Terms & Conditions.

Changed your mind?

If you’re a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Once you’ve told us you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Condition of returns

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags still attached. We can’t accept items that show signs of wear or that have been altered.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply with the return address and any instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back to us. We recommend a tracked service — the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund the price you paid (including standard outbound delivery) to your original payment method within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us at [email protected] as soon as you can and we’ll put it right — a repair, replacement or refund, including any return postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges

Need a different size? The quickest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. If you’d prefer an exchange, just ask when you email us and we’ll help where we can, subject to availability.
